MONA MARGARET (JOHNSON) VALENTINE of Wesley Manor Retirement Community in Frankfort, Ind., 83, a retired nurse and wife of the Rev. William R. Valentine, Jr., retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, died Sunday, April 15, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 6 in the Amanda Reid Chapel at Wesley Manor, 1555 N. Main Street in Frankfort. A reception will follow the service in the Wesley Manor Social Center. Survivors include: husband, the Rev. William R. Valentine, Jr.; son Russ (Chris) Valentine of Zionsville, daughter, Linda Valentine Bryant of Plainfield; grandchildren, Matt (Laura) Bryant, Rachel Valentine and Dan Valentine; and great granddaughter Nala Bryant. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Paul Wesley Bryant and son-in-law Alan W. Bryant.
