CHARLES STEPHAN BALLARD of Indianapolis, the son of the Rev. Charles William Ballard, retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, died Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at Roberts Park United Methodist Church, 401 N. Delaware Street in Downtown Indianapolis. A memorial service will be held the same day at the church at 1 p.m. Interment will be later in Evansville, Ind. Survivors include: Parent, the Rev. Charles W.
