MAZIE ETTA MAIL ROBERTS, 81, mother of the Rev. Wayne Michael Roberts, pastor of Palmyra United Methodist Church in the South District, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011 in Terre Haute, Ind. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 26 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 East Springhill Drive in Terre Haute. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 27, at 10 a.m. with the Revs. Mike Roberts and Rick Swan officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Survivors include: her husband of 63 years, Wayne H. Roberts; sons, Wayne Michael “Mike” Roberts (Angela), Wendell Jackson “Jack” Roberts (Tammy) and Warren Lee Roberts (April); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
