JEROLD J. JENSEN of West Harrison, Ind., a retired Associate Pastor of the Indiana Conference, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011. Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, 215 E. Broadway Street in Harrison, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 15 at the Macedonia Christian Church, California & Okeana-Drewsburg in Hamilton, Ohio, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Wilma Jensen; sons Steven (Tamie) Jensen of Detroit Lake, MN, Paul (Dori) Jensen of Rhinelander, WI and David (Susan) Jensen of Huntsville, AL; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and brother, Dr. Norman (Nancy) Jensen of Madison, WI. Memorials contributions may be made to Macedonia Christian Church, P.O. Box 174, Okeana, OH 45053 or Rockdale United Methodist Church, 1195 Johnson Fork Rd., West Harrison, IN 47060 to a fund that will be named later. Jensen served Indiana churches at Elnora (1984-1993) and Rockdale from 1993 to his retirement in 1999.
