EARL TERENCE BONHAM, 89, a retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, and father of Rebecca Manifold, wife of the Rev. Cameron Manifold, pastor of Faith UMC in Indianapolis, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2011. Visitation will be Monday, Oct. 10 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center, 1305 E. Broad Ripple Avenue in Indianapolis. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 11 at Broad Ripple United Methodist Church, 6185 N. Guilford Avenue with calling from 10 to 11 a.m. Survivors include: his wife of 64 years, Carol Marie (May); daughters, Carol E. Bonham, Barbara Anne Carlson, Nancy L. Bonham and Rebecca S. Manifold; and sons, Paul C. and Rex W. Bonham; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Rev. Bonham was preceded in death by his son, Mark L. Bonham. Rev. Bonham served churches in Indiana at Philadelphia, Danville, Terre Haute First, New Albany Silver Street and in retirement part-time in several Indianapolis area churches.
