ALVIN LINCOLN MATTOX, 88, retired Associate Member of the Indiana Conference, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Visitation will be Saturday, July 30, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at First United Methodist Church, 423 Main Cross St, Charlestown, IN 47111, with interment in the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Survivors include sons, Richard Mattox (Donna) of Charlestown, IN, Michael Mattox (Melanie) of Henryville, IN, and George Mattox, Sr. (Brenda) of New Albany, IN; daughters, Alice Sims (Gregg) of Winslow, IN, and Sally Lasley (Norman) of Mt.
