ORVILLE R. DICK LEWIS, father of the Rev. Teresa V. Lewis, pastor of the Roann United Methodist Church in the Northwest District, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010. Visitation will be from 4 to7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 9 at the Hartzler Funeral Home, 305 West Rochester Street, in Akron, Ind. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 10 at the Hartzler Funeral Home in Akron, with the Rev. Steve Pearce officiating. Burial will be at the Sharpsville Cemetery in Sharpsville, Ind. Survivors include: wife, Virginia Ginny Lewis of Macy, Ind.; daughters, the Rev. Teresa V. Lewis of Macy, Fran R. Burbury of Australia, Tracey Luty of Pine, Colo.; son, Richard C. Lewis of Kokomo; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Condolences may be sent to the Rev. Teresa V.
