HOMER RAY “HANK” MILLER, 86, father of the Rev. Mark Jeffrey Miller, pastor of Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Chrisney, Ind. and Associate Superintendent of the Southwest District, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010. Hank was an active member and leader of the Philadelphia UMC in Greenfield, Ind. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 5 at the Erlewein Mortuary, 1484 West US 40 in Greenfield, Ind. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 6 at Philadelphia UMC, 2265 West US 40 in Greenfield. Survivors include: his wife, Mildred L. “Mickey” (Whitesides) Miller of Greenfield; sons, the Rev. Mark J. Miller and Kevin Miller of Greenfield; daughter, Dana R. Miller of Greenfield; sister, Sylvia Mussman of Michigan; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
