EVERETT DAVIS, father of the Rev. Susan L. Davis, pastor of Fairland UMC in the Central District, died on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010. Visitation is Thursday, Sept. 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Freeman Funeral Home, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North Street in Morristown, Ind. A memorial service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17 at the Morristown UMC, 221 S Washington Street in Morristown, with the Rev. Kenneth Wooden officiating. His wife, Flora (McFarland) Davis, preceded him in death on Dec. 4, 1997. Survivors include: his son, Steven Merrell Davis of Morristown; daughter, the Rev. Susan L. Davis of Fairland; grandchildren, Janice Louise Davis, Steven Everett Davis and Mikayla Grace Davis, all of Morristown. Condolences can be sent to the Rev. Susan L. Davis, P.O.
