MARY IMOGENE LASUER, 86, wife of retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, the Rev. Donald LaSuer, and mother of the Rev. Craig LaSuer, superintendent of the Northwest District, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009 at Heritage Point United Methodist Home in Warren, Ind. She was a member of First Wayne Street UMC in Fort Wayne. A memorial service is scheduled to be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 3 at Heritage Pointe United Methodist Home, 801 Huntington Avenue in Warren with visitation two hours prior to the memorial service. The Rev. Dean Stuckey will be officiating. Burial will be in Leo Cemetery. Survivors include: her husband of 65 years, Donald LaSuer; sons, Steven LaSuer of Nashville, Tenn., Mark LaSuer of Fort Wayne, the Rev. Craig LaSuer of West Lafayette; 6 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Evelyn Miles of Lagrange, Wyo.
