NORMA SMITH, wife of retired pastor the Rev. Eldon Smith (former SIC), died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 at Park Place UMC, 1820 E. Park Place in Jeffersonville, Ind., with burial at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va. on Wednesday, Oct. 28. Survivors include: husband, the Rev. Eldon Smith, 1900 Elba Drive, Louisville, KY 40218; son, Robert Smith who resides in Maryland.
