KARLEEN STEPHAN BALLARD, 84, spouse of the Rev. Charles W. Ballard, retired Elder (former SIC), Memorial UMC in Terre Haute, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009. Calling hours will be 3 to 7 p.m., Friday, Sept.11 at Irvington UMC, 30 N. Audubon Road in Indianapolis. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept.12 at Irvington UMC with burial on at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept.14 at Alexander Memorial Park in Evansville, Ind. Survivors include: husband, the Rev. Charles W. Ballard, 1401 N. Audubon Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219; two sons, Frank F. Ballard and Charles S. Ballard.
