LESTER BILL, retired pastor (former NIC), died July 9, 2009. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12 at 2 p.m. at Wesley Manor, 1555 N. Main St., Frankfort, IN. There will be a reception following the service. Rev. James Armstrong and Rev. William Valentine will be officiating. Survivors include Carolyn (Bob Bullock), Ottawa, Canada; Anita Jane Shekinah, West Des Moines, IA; Eileen Bill, Santa Rosa, CA; and Douglas Bill (Ris), Honesdale, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the United Nations Association or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
