Disaster Response is a shared emergency outreach of both former North Indiana and South Indiana conferences. Each conference has volunteer disaster response coordinators who work closely with the United Methodist Volunteer-in-Mission coordinators to provide both supplies and volunteers to a needed area. This section of the conference Web site includes the names of Disaster Response coordinators for North and South Indiana as well as coordinator for relief projects in progress. In the event of a disaster, both natural and human-made, in your community and you need emergency assistance in dealing with the disaster contact:

United Methodist Flood Recovery Information

The floods may seem long gone and out of the news, however volunteers are still needed to assist residence in northwest, far northwest and the central parts of Indiana.
