Our Life Together 2010 is a retreat for all Indiana clergy focused on what brought us to ministry in the first place. With ample time for worship, for fellowship, for rest and rejuvenation, the day-and-a-half experience offers pastors a chance to step off of the fast-paced treadmill of daily life and into space dedicated to spiritual renewal and clergy bonding. Come and remember those who encouraged your call, reconnect with God's call within, and hear God's prompting to encourage others in their call.
This year's schedule will be more open and relaxed than past years. Two nationally-known musicians, Andrew Peterson and Lisa McClendon, will play concerts Monday. Tyrone Gordon, senior pastor of the 5000-member St. Luke's "Community" Church in Dallas, and Wendy Edwards, president of United Theological Seminary in Dayton will speak. Bishop Mike Coyner will preach and preside over the Eucharist at the closing worship service.
Come share life together with friends and colleagues at this unique event, April 26-27 at St. Luke's UMC in Indianapolis (map). Cost is $60.
