Salud y Paz is a non-profit organization that brings medical, dental, surgical volunteer teams to work with the indigenous Maya in the western mountains of Guatemala. They also have educational programs for indigenous Mayan women and children, training local health promoters, and preschool children. The organization also needs continual construction volunteers for ongoing projects.

Rev. Tom Heaton is serving God in Guatemala. He is serving as the administrator for Project Salud y Paz and he also works with the National Evangelical Primitive Methodist Church of Guatemala 

The Indiana Conference is receiving donations to support Rev. Tom Heaton and his ministry.  You can send your financial donation made out to the Indiana Conference and write Tom Heaton Fund in the memo field.
