Sue Nilson Kibbey is an ordained Elder in the UMC and Director of Connectional Ministries for the West Ohio Conference. She has written several books, is an adjunct faculty member at United Theological Seminary in ministry leadership, and also has served as the executive pastor at Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City, Ohio. She has been named one of the top ten church administrators in America.
