HENRYVILLE, Ind. (WISH-TV) – An organization dedicated its first volunteer-built home for victims of the Henryville tornadoes Saturday, Nov. 17. March2Recovery (which was supported in part by the Indiana Conference of The United Methodist Church) celebrated the dedication of its first volunteer-built residence, the home to a family of three.
That family lost everything when the March 2 tornadoes ripped through the area. The home was built under the direction of March2Recovery in partnership with Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour and help from volunteers from throughout the country.
A dedication service and blessing was held at the home Nov. 17.
