INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.–Indiana Bishop Mike Coyner and Manet Shettle, CPA, president of the United Methodist Foundation of Indiana, announced this spring the appointment of the Rev. Mary Ann Moman as the new Rejuvenate Ministry Director of the United Methodist Foundation of Indiana.
The Rejuvenate Ministry’s former and founding director, the Rev. Michelle Cobb, was appointed by Coyner and now serves as the Superintendent of the North Central District based in Kokomo. Both Moman’s and Cobb’s appointments were effective July 1.
For the past two years, Moman has served as the Director of the Course of Study at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary based in Evanston, Ill. In her previous appointment, she served as an associate general secretary at the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry in Nashville, Tenn., from Sept. 2000 to Aug. 2010
She also served churches in Indiana beginning in 1979 at Indianapolis and Bloomington. In Indianapolis, she served St. Andrew, Woodside, Broadway and Wesley UMCs. She served St. Mark’s UMC in Bloomington. She is married to the Rev. Richard Wayne Moman, a retired elder in the Indiana Conference.
