Methodist Theological School in Ohio hosts two open houses each year, in early fall and late spring. Our open houses are an excellent time for prospective and incoming students to visit our campus, stay overnight in our commuter housing, meet faculty members, learn about curriculum and tour our campus. Open house is the perfect way to experience our seminary culture, learn about our degree programs, and meet other prospective and incoming students.

Students are also invited to meet with admissions and financial aid and apply for admission during the open house weekend. Students are welcome to bring their spouse, a family member or your pastor along for the weekend. Typically, students attend an open house event within one to two years of their estimated enrollment in a degree program.

Campus Visits: For those unable to visit campus during an open house event, Methodist Theological School in Ohio welcomes individual visits throughout the year. An individual visit typically includes meetings with admissions, financial aid, field education, and a campus tour. When classes are in session, visitors may be able to observe a seminary class upon request. Visits are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday between 9:30am and 3:30 p.m. Please e-mail admit@mtso.edu  with contact information and date availability to schedule a personal campus visit.
