Jean BrindelGod is consistent. Not much else is sure in life, but you can count on this: God is consistent:

God called Abraham and Sarah to GO to a new place that they might become the parents of a great nation - impossible! They had only one child - in their old age - in an unlikely part of the world, but they believed and followed, and God kept the promise.

God told Noah to BUILD the ark so he and his family might be saved from the flood. Noah built it in the desert - when everyone was certain that he was "nuts" but he believed and worked and God kept the promise.

King David was the youngest and weakest son, but he was the one empowered to be a great king. He believed and was faithful, and God kept the promise. God is consistent!

In a huge economic turn down - the stock market and money markets in free fall, a time of world crisis and great need, the call went out for North Indiana to come together to raise money for the camping ministry at Epworth Forest in North Webster. The task is beyond huge, with the amount of money needed, seemingly beyond reach. But they went, worked and were faithful, and God kept the promise. The year they began was 1928!

Now the year is 2008, and the call has come to us to rebuild Epworth Forest - in a time of a huge economic turn down - the stock market and money markets in free fall, a time of world crisis and great need. Still consistent!

Ten million dollars is a lot of money. That is the first goal of the campaign to build new cottages, infrastructure and initial administrative costs for Epworth Forest. Our goal is to reach 10,000 additional kids a year for Christ. For more detail, go to the Web site: www.rightfuture.org and check it out.

It seems like an impossibility. Some people think we are nuts to even consider such a task for we are simply too weak to do such a thing at this time. But as we go, build and are empowered to rebuilding Epworth Forest, we will know that God continues to keep the promise even to us!

We are honored to do everything it takes to reach the next generations for Christ. GOD IS STILL CONSISTENT - COUNT ON IT!
