A listing of the plenary sessions and the place to link to the web streaming is available on the conference website at then click on Live web streaming at the top of the left column. Remember, all times are Eastern Daylight Saving Time.

Operation Classroom to hold In-Gathering at annual conference only on Thursday

OCOperation Classroom, Inc., will hold an In-Gathering for needed supplies during the Indiana Annual Conference Session. The OCI van will be at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church directly across from the east entrance of the Indiana Convention Center on South Capitol Avenue at Georgia Street -- this is called the Georgia Street Entrance. The van will be there Thursday, June 6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be the only day the OCI van will be at the Annual Conference Session. Remember that if you're dropping stuff off, you need to have made, or be able to make, arrangements to provide for the shipping costs. For information about shipping, click here. Smile for your picture during annual conference on the second floor

Lifetouch Directories will be taking portraits for the new Indiana Conference Lay Member and Clergy Directory during the upcoming Annual Conference Session in Room 232. Each person having an individual portrait taken will receive a free 8 x 10 inch print and a copy of the directory.

No workshop, meal reservations will be made during the session

If you haven’t ordered workshop or meal reservations by now, you are too late to do so now. Workshops are full, outside of the Friday morning workshop with Mark Beeson in the Worship Center (Hall K). No meal tickets will be sold during the annual conference session. If conference members and guests would like to attend one of these meals, but have not done so yet, they will need to seek out tickets on their own or watch for available tickets on or Twitter @inumconference #inac13.

Greeters needed during Annual Conference Session in Indianapolis, especially Saturday morning

United Methodist Women and United Methodist Men have been asked to be greeters during the Indiana Annual Conference Session being held June 6-8 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, especially for Saturday morning. UMW are greeting inside the Convention Center and the UMM are greeting outside along the sidewalks in front of the Convention Center. If you are not a member of these groups, but would still like to be a greeter during the annual conference session, you are welcome to do so. Call Jeanie or Dave to reserve your time.

Displays, vendors and coffee are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday

A large display, vendors and coffee area with more than 50 booths will be open Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon;

Lucille Raines Residence Tour to precede conference session on Thursday morning, June 6

Lucille Raines HomeIf you plan to arrive in downtown Indianapolis on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, plan also to take a free tour of the Lucille Raines Residence at 947 N. Pennsylvania Street. No reservations are necessary. Free shuttles will run from the north side of the Convention Center at the Maryland Street entrance beginning Thursday morning at 9 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m. Lucille Raines Residence is a facility owned and operated by the United Methodist Women of Indiana. The men and women residents are actively engaged in rebuilding their lives from substance abuse. They all share in learning to function independently and as whole people in life.
