We are having another tremendous year at camp. We will see over a 3,000 campers at the six Indiana United Methodist Conference Camp sites. Children and youth are exploring God’s love and calling upon their lives, many are even hearing about the Good News of Jesus Christ for the first time.

But, we need your help! Immediately. The gospel becoming a part of campers’ lives next week may hinge upon you.

Pine Creek Camp and Camp Lakewood are both having tremendous turnout for campers, greater than we were able to anticipate for those weeks and we are short counselors. In total, we need 15 adult volunteers (17 or older) who have a strong relationship with Christ, love youth and children, have the ability to encourage and lead, and can join us from Saturday afternoon (June 27) through Friday evening (July 3); the training components start Saturday at 1 p.m. and campers arrive Sunday afternoon.

Will you prayerfully consider your ability to be a part of these kids’ spiritual journey? Will you be the leader who steps up to be the hands and feet of Jesus? Will you ensure that we as a conference and church body have done everything it takes to reach the next generation for Christ?
