Indiana Convention Center
Making ROOM is a significant theme, not only for its Scriptural reference, but also because this session will be the first session held under one roof with disability access. Plenary and worship sessions will be held in Hall J, which we are referring to as the “Main Room”. Exhibits, Cokesbury and a small stage will be held in adjacent Hall K, our “Hospitality Area”. Clergy and lay members will sign-in/register in the main hallways outside of Hall K/Hospitality Area. Both Halls are just off the Georgia Street Entrance on the south end of Capitol Avenue. Across the corridor from the Hospitality Area are ten breakout rooms.
Hoosier Hallway – Registration, Help Desk, Indianapolis Convention Visitors’ Association city information desk
Hospitality Area (Hall J) – Displays/Vendors, Cokesbury, Fellowship area, Small stage
Main Room (Hall K) – Worship, Teaching, Business (Plenary sessions), Green Room
