FCJ Testimonies & Results

Nearly 250 Indiana United Methodist Churches have participated in Step 1. Most of them are still in the process, so it’s still too soon to evaluate FCJ’s full impact. Many of these churches, however, are reporting renewed hope and energy, and clarity of focus and direction. Initial statistics indicate that churches that are implementing their Ministry Action Plans (in Step 3) have better attendance trends than the Indiana Conference churches in general.

Below is a listing of these churches by district, along with a few testimonials from participating pastors and church members. You’re encouraged to contact them to hear what their experience has been like.

“FCJ accelerated the pace of our transformation from a good church that took care of its people to an outwardly-focused church that took seriously the mission of making disciples. When a church makes decisions based on what is best for the mission instead of what is best for the members, it becomes radically different.”
