St. Luke's UMC Seeks Administrative Assistant for Adult Discipleship
The Administrative Assistant for Adult Discipleship provides administrative support and assists in the workflow management of our department as a part of St. Luke’s mission, vision and values for ministry. The position is full time, hourly, non-exempt; 40 hours/week.
This position requires skills and gifts in administration, collaboration (with staff, volunteers, and congregants), organization, quality assurance, compassion and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing in providing administrative support to both the Pastor of Adult Discipleship and the Director of Adult Classes and Faith Formation.
Candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to concurrently work on multiple projects with similar or same deadlines, and a keen sense of time-management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and also be a contributing member of the team.
