Bethel United Methodist Church at 5252 West 52nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46254, is holding its fifth annual craft fair on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Booth space available for $30, $5 for electricity if needed. Please mail your registration form and check to the address listed on the form by September 30, 2016. Union Chapel UMC
Union Chapel United Methodist Church, Indianapolis, is providing monthly community meals. The last Wednesday of each month there is a free meal in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30pm. We are located on the corner of 86th and Haverstick. Anyone is welcome to join in the food and fellowship.

Arts & Crafts Marketplace
Shop 25 different craft vendors at the Arts & Crafts Marketplace Saturday, November 5 at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 4780 E. 126th Street, in Carmel. From 9:00 AM to 3:00 shoppers will discover a variety of unique homemade items including various sizes of quilts, super hero & princess capes, handmade jewelry, doll clothes, cloth pumpkins, rope bowls, Kiwanis wooden toys, bath products, wood-turned items & more. Snacks & a light lunch will be available in the Candy Cane café and homemade treats will be for sale in the bake shop.

Position Summary: The Director of Sound and Worship Tech prepares all sound and visuals for Sunday morning services and all other events. This preparation helps create an inviting worship experience which allows others to share in our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Terms of Employment: The Director of Sound and Worship Tech is a part-time staff position.
Reports to: Senior Pastor/Director of Worship
Supervises: Volunteers who serve with the sound and visuals in worship and children’s worship
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Model agape love.
- Design, recruit a team, and implement a plan to provide sound and visuals for worship services and other gatherings.
- Oversee the setup of the sound/tech for worship services on Sunday and oversee the tear down of the sound/tech equipment after Sunday worship services.
- Works with the worship planning team and prepares slides and visuals for Sunday services.
Office Assistant - Part time
The Office Assistant acts as the first point of contact for guests and callers and alerts others of security issues while also undertaking a variety of other administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, the office assistant will connect with each person entering the church and interact with each ministry area and work together to fulfill the mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, is desired, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Full Time & Part Time Daycare Teachers and Assistant Teachers. To work under the supervision of the daycare director with the children of the daycare. A C.D.A. in Early Learning would be desirable for teachers but is not essential for classroom assistants.
